… there is still no action taken against him.
Disclaimer: We at VoterIDCard.org.in do not take political stands or decide what is right or wrong in the political world. However what this MP said about our Indian Army, really compelled us to share this with our readers. An Insult to our Army is an insult to every Indian.
During a debate, defending his actions of carrying a matchbox on a plane, ‘Honourable’ TDP MP Dr. Ravindra Babu Pandula on Times Now, repeatedly insulted the Indian Army and our Jawans and claimed that he and other politicians deserve more respect, facilities and are more hardworking than any army jawan.
He did not stop there. He even went on to the extent of saying that people join the army simply because of free liquor, food and they enjoy fixed holidays every year. He claimed campaigning in 45 degree heat is more painful and superior to our Army Jawans fighting on border or carrying out their day to day security assignments. We wish someone tells this MP more about our soldiers defending Siachen – one of the highest combat zone where 846 soldiers have sacrificed their lives in the last 30 years due to the harsh weather conditions. As goes the saying in the Indian Army, “When you go home, tell them of us and say, for your tomorrow we gave our today.”
Here is the entire video of Ravindra Babu Pandula arrogantly insulting our brave soldiers who lay down their lives protecting our country and provide security to these very VVIP and politicians, and MP Ravindra Babu Pandula on Times Now, insulted the Indian Army.
Sadly there is no action taken against him. Do you agree that Ravindra Babu Pandula insulted Indian Army on Times Now’s Arnab Goswami Show? Leave your reactions in the comments below.
