  1. I am holding election Id card since 01-01-1994 with address of my flats at Malad(West). Then in 1998, I shifted to Thane and was staying in Raymond Staff quarters, Jekegram Thane. With the Thane address, I have voted in the elections in 2009. But in the year 2010, because of the closure of Raymond Staff quarters, I have shifted my residence to Hiranandani Meadows, Thane West. Now I find that my (and also my wife’s) name is not appearing in the voter list anywhere in India. Neither in Malad nor in Thane. I have ration card, PAN card, Voter ID card, Passport, Driving licence, my own flat at Malad, electric bill at Malad, bank accounts at Thane and Malad.
