Upcoming Assembly Elections 2016 – Tamil Nadu:
In Tamil Nadu there are 234 assembly constituencies and 39 Lok Sabha constituencies. The state has conducted 14 assembly elections and 15 Lok Sabha elections since independence.

Upcoming Assembly Elections 2016 – West Bengal
The last Assembly Election held in 2011 for all the 294 seats of the Vidhan Sabha and the Trinamool Congress won with the majority of seats. The Assembly Election also marked the defeat of the longest-serving democratically elected Communist government with ending of 34-year rule of the Left Front government.
